Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you complete control over your e-mail boxes and newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can forward e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up email filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email box accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mails according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email box account you wish to forward mails from, then specify the target email box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else.
